POF and PVC are generally used in cosmetics, gift boxes, mobile phone boxes and other items. The price of the PE film shrinking machine is relatively high, and the others are relatively cheap. The PE film shrinking machine can shrink other films, but it cannot be sent, because when the PE film shrinks other films, the temperature can be lowered and the speed can be accelerated. 4. Heating method.

The heating method of the shrinking machine is different, some are quartz tube heating, and some are steel pipe heating. 5. Look at the load-bearing capacity of the shrinking machine.

5. Power value: Pay attention to the indications on the nameplate of the heat shrinking machine. The input power must be greater than or equal to the indications on the nameplate during actual operation to prevent the internal circuits or machine parts of the heat shrinking machine from being burned.

6. The power-on environment of the heat shrinkable machine: when working, first ventilate and then power on, and when shutting down, first cut off the gas and then power off.

7. Environmental conditions: The heat shrinking machine should be used in an environment where the temperature is -10°C-50°C, the relative humidity does not exceed 85%, and there is no corrosive gas in the surrounding air, no dust, and no explosion hazard.

8. Placement position: It must be placed horizontally during installation to protect the normal operation of the electric heater and ensure its service life. If the installation angle of the mesh belt conveyor is not good, the center will be offset.

9. the clean environment of the shrinking machine: the heating strip and the silicone strip should be kept clean, and no foreign matter should be stuck, so as not to affect the sealing quality.
